...Abilities equal to the tasks

I couldn't sleep so I decided to pull up the talks given at the Women's Broadcast this past month. My heart was touched again by what Pres. Monson said about our abilities as women. He said, "My dear sisters, Do not pray for tasks equal to your abilities, but pray for abilities equal to your tasks. Then the performance of your tasks will be no miracle, but YOU will be the miracle."

The Seasons are a changin'

In the past few weeks the weather and the plants have been making changes. Just Sunday we noticed that the tree in the front yard had changed color over night. We have two of the prettiest little red bushes
in the front yard. Moses isn't the only one with a flaming bush. LOL! I wish I could go out there and ask my questions and have them answered in printed form...wouldn't that be nice.

We have a new member of the family. Her name is Sundance. She came to us last week by way of a gift from our home teachers. Dad drives her to work so I can have Hebbie to use when I want to get out and about. She really is a good little car. We took her for a drive over Mingus Moutain and she did just fine. She is a bit loud, no muffler. But that makes her to fit in even better. Since I have been given my freedom I have not been able to enjoy it. I have been sick and going out hasn't appealed to me, but I will make up for lost time as soon as I feel better.
